Select Contact Groups

 
This screen allows you to select the contact groups that you wish to send to. You can select one or more contact groups simply by checking the check boxes next to the contact group's name.
 
Once you have finished selecting all your contact groups, simply click on Add Contacts to return to the Create Message screen.

This panel shows all of your Contact Groups that you have been given permission to access. To expand a group in order to view its sub groups, you can click on the sign next to the group name.

Check these boxes to select a whole contact group to send to. Uncheck these boxes to remove this contact group from the selection.

This is a count of the number of contacts that are currently selected to be sent a message.

This is a count of the number of contacts that are currently selected in the current session. To see the total number of contacts selected to be sent a message, see the count at .

Cancel all selection that are made in the current session.

Contact Method Indicators

6. Contact Method Indicators
 
These indicators let you know whether the contact that you have selected is contactable via these contact methods. An orange tick mean that they are contactable via that method. A grey cross mean that they are not contactable via that method.

Clear Selected Contacts

Clear the list of selected contacts in the current session.

Add Contacts

Add the currently selected contacts into the list of contacts to be sent a message.
